Golden Years offers personal care/support to individuals in the community. We are able to help with the daily tasks and demands of the individual requiring assistance to meet their personal hygiene needs.. The package of care will be specific to the individual and their needs. Golden Years Support Services recognizes everyone’s uniqueness and the importance of a person centered service.

Medication
Are you struggling to remember to take your medication. Our fully trained competent staff here at Golden Years can help with this. Whether you just need reminding or need someone to call and administer your medication for you, we can relieve you of this worry. We will make sure your medication is given to you at the correct time of day and always make sure you don’t run out of medication, liaising with the pharmacy when required., on your behalf.
Social Calls
Golden Years Support Services supply’s staff for social support. This time may be used to assist you to access the local community, attend appointments, visit family or friends or attend day groups/functions or to just sit and have a cuppa and a chat. Here at Golden Years we recognize how important social interaction is for an individuals well being and mental health.
Safe and Well Checks
Are you going away and need someone to check in on a loved one to allow you piece of mind. Golden Years Support Services can provide a service to ensure your loved one is well looked after. No matter how small the task, we provide a service that is flexible to you.
Sleep ins/Waking Nights
Golden Years Support Services can provide overnight care to meet your needs.
Domestic Support
Support provided to assist you with cleaning tasks around the home. We are also able to provide staff to either do your shopping or take you for a trip to your local supermarket, whichever meets your needs in the best possible way.
